Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Product Delivery
All digital products sold on AI Digital Growth (ebooks, templates, presets, frameworks, and similar downloadable content) are delivered instantly via email and secure download link immediately after successful payment. Because of the instant electronic delivery and consumable nature of these products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
When Refunds Are Applicable
We will issue a full refund only in the following situations:
- Failed payment / payment debited but order not created — if your bank or card was charged but our system did not record a successful order, we will refund the full amount within 5–7 business days.
- Duplicate payment — if you accidentally paid twice for the same product, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Non-delivery of the digital product — if you do not receive your download link or product within 24 hours of successful payment and our team is unable to deliver it after you contact us, you are eligible for a full refund.
When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
- Change of mind after the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Lack of skill, knowledge, or compatible software to use the product.
- Failure to read the product description before purchase.
- Sharing or misuse of download links by the buyer.
Cancellations
Since digital products are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successful. For service engagements (strategy, content, websites, etc.), cancellation terms are agreed upon in the individual service contract.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, email hello@aidigitalgrowth.in within 7 days of the transaction with:
- Your full name and registered email
- Order ID / transaction reference
- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshot of payment (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
